This policy applies to the Rovna app for iPhone ("the app", "we", "our"). It explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
None. Rovna does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. We have no servers that receive your data, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
The tasks and notebooks you create, along with your appearance preferences (palette, paper, font, widget settings), are stored locally on your iPhone using the app's private storage and an App Group shared with the Rovna widgets. This data never leaves your device and is never seen by us or any third party.
Because this data lives only on your device, it is included in your encrypted device backups (iCloud or Finder) if you have those enabled — that backup is managed entirely by Apple under Apple's terms, not by us.
Rovna requests no permissions. It does not access your microphone, camera, photos, contacts, location, or notifications. Adding a task from the Lock Screen is handled by Apple's Shortcuts and Siri, which run under Apple's own privacy controls — the app itself is not granted any additional access.
The app makes no network connections. It works fully offline. There is no sign-in, no cloud sync, and no communication with any server operated by us or anyone else.
Rovna does not collect any data from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages.
Rovna uses no third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or tracking. The only third party involved is Apple, solely for distributing the app and for optional device backups you control.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Since the app collects no data, we do not anticipate material changes.
